Please allow 2-3 business days for me to ship your order. I make every attempt to ship within one business day. Please note that I keep your email address confidential.

Do you have a physical store? Because efabricshop.com is an online store with studio facility, we do not have a traditional brick and mortar store.

Do you have a catalog? Since our inventory changes daily, we do not offer a printed catalog. All of our fabrics can be found on our website with a picture, price, and description.

Do you sell fabric swatches? No not at this time.

I need more quantity than your website has in stock. Do you accept special orders? Unfortunately no. Most of our fabrics are out of print hard to find fabrics.

Do you ship fabric in pieces? We understand the importance of one, continuous piece of fabric. When this isn't possible, I will email you to discuss options before your item ships.

Can I order multiple cuts of the same fabric? If multiple cuts are needed for the same fabric, you must place a separate order for each cut.

What is the minimum yardage I can have cut to order? The minimum cut length is 1 yard. At this time we only sell in full yard increments unless otherwise stated.

What are your payment methods? We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Paypal. Credit card payments must be in USD. Also western union, cash at your own risk. Checks with a 14 day delay on shipping.

Why did my credit card decline? Our customers experience this issue for a variety of reasons. Common issues for our customers are: Verify that your name, billing address, and billing zip code match those on file with your credit card provider. Credit cards are charged in U.S. dollars. If you continue to receive an error message, please contact your bank for additional information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? No I am just a retailer of fabrics.  

When can I expect my order? Most orders ship within 1 to 4 business days of placing an order. Tracking can be found on your Paypal account once shipped.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed? If you notify me before shipping I can refund you. If item(s) have shipped you will have to return it at your expense.

Do you offer expedited shipping and how much is it? No, we are very rural here and it's not feasible.
